The 1993 Chef of the Year with 40 years of experience including the Hilton Hotel, Lotte Hotel, and the Tokyo Imperial Hotel provides an all you can eat lunch buffet. Yuraku specialties include nabe-mono. This a one-pot stew that has been said to be the favorite meal of a cold winter's night, that warms your empty belly and even your soul.

The New York News Day has described Yuraku as a 2 star restaurant. The Japanese Journal has stated that Yuraku provides authentic Japanese food you can enjoy. The examples of Sushi here include: Salmon (sake), tuna (maguro, shrimp (ebi), crab (kani), eel (unagi), octopus (tako), sea urchin roe (uni), squid (ika), and salmon roe (ikura).

The main ingredients of the Japanese diet consists of rice, seafood (fish, clams) and sea-plants, various types of veggies, fruits, and roots, eggs, beef, pork, and chicken; most of which are familiar to other cuisines as well. Then the ingredients are prepared in numerous styles to make each dish distinctively Japanese.
